IN2 Group has developed Sava Plan application for Sava Penzisko that enables investors in pension funds to use mobile analytics, administration and notification systems in accordance with technological best-practice standards.
We are all aware of how challenging business is at the time of the Covid-19, especially the organization, coordination and effort it takes to maintain business as usual. That is why we are particularly proud that, with the start of April and despite the harsh business conditions Covid-19 brought to us, the Sava Plan mobile app was delivered to the Apple Store, just after being placed on Google Play a week earlier. This completes the ePension project for client Sava Penzisko, who manages pension funds in Northern Macedonia – in other words, business as usual.
The Sava Plan application was developed by the IN2 Finance Sector. The solution, among other things, enables:
- a detailed review of the status and transactions of the statutory and voluntary fund and the generation of appropriate reports.
- option of changing personal data with double user verification (by e-mail or SMS).
- receive notifications of news and successful payments.
Within weeks of launching the app, it has been installed and used by several thousand users, with extremely positive feedback. In addition to end-user satisfaction, it is important to mention the satisfaction of the client, Sava Penzisko, for whom the entire project was completed in a relatively short time and finalized working remotely, while still maintaining the quality level inherent in IN2 products.
It should be noted that such business digitization projects are making a positive contribution to the fight against the Covid-19, in terms of supporting remote business and minimizing the need for physical interaction.
